Return policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. You are responsible for return shipping. Unless a defect

upon receipt. Please also note that if the carrier has damaged the products delivered, the return will be sent to you electronically.

The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

Returns are at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the total refund. In the event of retraction, we will reimburse the payment received within 14 days by bank transfer. Please contact our team by e-mail at social@powercooking.fr. We will let you know how to proceed.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims.

If the returned product does not comply with the return conditions, no refund will be made.
